It has vinous, fresh aromas, with hints of berries. Ruby red in color, in the mouth it is dry and pleasantly provocative, the slight acidity stimulates the tasting and captivates the palate. It is the typical wine for the whole meal, ideal with light foods, but which does not disdain even more demanding combinations, which its natural nerve fully supports.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Destemming and soft pressing of grapes with low sulfur dioxide content. Fermentation in contact with the skins for 10 days, at a temperature of 28-30 ° C., with daily phosphates. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
